Dress code: Ascot style. Hats or fascinators & top hats.

During the event a raffle will take place in aid of Heart 2 Heart focusing on raising money for equipment in rural schools in China.

There are great prizes to be won, tickets can be bought on the day. In addition a prize will also be presented for the best hat!

Set menu - please select on sign up. Cost includes a glass of sparkling wine and 2 glasses of either Sauvignon Blanc or Shiraz. Additional drinks can be purchased - extra wine at 50 RMB per glass and beer at 35 RMB per bottle.

Please indicate on sign up any dietary requirements that you may have and that are not catered for in the menu options.

Payment needs to be made in advance by Wechat to Selina of the social committee before 7th June.

11:30am - 12:00pm

Glass of sparkling wine for each guest upon arrival.

12:05pm - 12:15pm

3 course set lunch served with two glasses of wine (Red: Shiraz / White: Sauvingnon Blanc) & table water.

13:15 - 13:45

Coffee & Tea for those who ask.

14:00 Farewell.
